I’m currently working on the first book in what is going to be a series a bunch of books long. Not sure yet how many.
Picture Harry Dresden in the forests of the Rocky Mountains/Columbia Mountains of central BC Canada. The protagonist runs around a bunch of small towns and the surrounding wilderness solving supernatural cases that mostly deal with indigenous/native monsters and mythical figures from a bunch of different nations. No vampires or werewolves here! And I’m going to try to stay away from the more common indigenous creatures of lore that have been done to death (I’m looking at you wendigo!). But I don’t want to say too much right now.
